His behavior emerged as an essence of a deep-rooted origin, and his noble birth and rise created his unique, kind and modest personality. 

We undoubtedly say the above guided by reality and fact, without flattery and false praise. In these pages we can neither encompass the whole life of Al-Amir nor cover all its details. How can we do this while his leadership commitments and administrative duties extended for more than thirty years full of splendid achievements and devotion in the service of his beloved country.

All that we can do in the following pages is to open the windows and see the beams of a man who took over the authority as Amir when he was less than 25 years old. He occupied several leading and administrative positions due to the High Authority’s trust in his knowledge and abilities which qualified him to become a prominent figure in the country and a unique personality who fully comprehended his role.

Al-Amir Muhammad Bin Ahmed Al-Sudairy occupied a good rank between the people as a governor, a brother, a son and a friend. He made an unforgettable impression on the people.
